UKで21世紀にリリースされて最もヒットしたクリスマス・ソングのトップ40が発表されている。
オフィシャル・チャート・カンパニーによれば、最もヒットしたクリスマス・ソングのランキングにはアリアナ・グランデ、リリー・アレン、コールドプレイ、ザ・ダークネス、エド・シーランといったアーティストがランクインしている。
ランキングはマイケル・ブーブレの“It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas”がトップに立っており、アリアナ・グランデによる“Santa Tell Me”が2位に、リリー・アレンがキーンの“Somewhere Only We Know”をカヴァーした音源が3位にランクインしている。
ジャスティン・ビーバーの“Mistletoe”、コールドプレイの“Christmas Lights”、ザ・ダークネスの“‘Christmas Time (Don’t Let The Bells End)”といった楽曲もトップ10にランクインしている。
他にはカイリー・ミノーグが“Santa Baby”を2015年にカヴァーした音源が11位に、エド・シーランとエルトン・ジョンによる“Merry Christmas”が15位に、ブリトニー・スピアーズの“My Only Wish (This Year)”が26位に、デスティニーズ・チャイルドの“8 Days Of Christmas”が32位にランクインしている。

“Last Christmas”と“All I Want For Christmas Is You”は11月の段階で全英シングル・チャートにそれぞれ37位と40位でランクインしている。
12月8日に発表されたチャートでは“Last Christmas”が1位、“All I Want For Christmas Is You”が2位を獲得している。
