ビルボードライブ横浜は4月12日に迎えるオープンに際して、オープニング・シリーズに出演する第1弾アーティスト14組を発表している。
こけら落とし公演はバート・バカラックが行い、ジェーン・バーキン、テディー・ライリー、プリンスとの仕事で知られるザ・レヴォリューション、ラリー・カールトン、ロバート・グラスパーなどが出演する。
一部アーティストは、ビルボードライブ東京・大阪でも公演が行われるという。
