ペット・ショップ・ボーイズはパーロフォン時代のスタジオ・アルバムを再発する「CATALOGUE: 1985-2012」をスタートさせることを発表している。
今回のリイシューでは、パーロフォン・レーベルに残されたカタログ・アルバムが最新リマスターを施し、同時代に作られたデモやペット・ショップ・ボーイズ自身によるミックス等をボーナス・トラックとして収録する「Further Listening」と名付けられたボーナス・ディスクとともにリリースされる。
ボーナス・ディスクに収録されている多くの楽曲が初のリリースとなり、それぞれのアルバムのパッケージにはニール・テナントとクリス・ロウがそれぞれの楽曲を語る文章を掲載したブックレットも封入される。
第1弾として『ナイトライフ』、『リリース』、『ファンダメンタル』の3作品が7月28日に（日本盤は8月23日）リリースされることが決定している。

カタログ再発は今後1年にわたって続き、すべてのパーロフォン時代のペット・ショップ・ボーイズのアルバムが、ボーナス・トラックを収録したデラックス・エディションとしてリリースされる予定となっている。
